Use the search bar on the home page to enter your destination, travel dates, and the number of guests (adults and children). StayHuddle will show you hotels with rooms that genuinely accommodate your whole family — no need to manually check room capacity on each listing.

Once you've found a hotel you like, select the room that suits your family and click "Book Now". You'll be guided through entering your guest details and completing payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed.

StayHuddle accepts payments via PayPal and Square. Both are secure, widely trusted payment providers. Your card details are handled directly by these providers and are never stored on our servers.

Cancellation policies vary by hotel and room type, and are clearly displayed on each listing before you book. Some rooms offer free cancellation up to a certain date, while others may be non-refundable. Please review the policy carefully before completing your booking.

You can view and manage your bookings by visiting the "Manage Booking" page in the navigation menu. You'll need your booking reference number and the email address used at the time of booking. If you need further assistance, contact us at psstt.au@gmail.com.

For the purposes of searching and filtering rooms on StayHuddle, children are generally defined as guests aged 0–17 years. Individual hotels may have their own age policies, which are outlined in their listings. We recommend confirming with the hotel if you are unsure.

All prices on StayHuddle are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) by default. The final charge on your payment method will be processed in AUD. If your card is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply a conversion rate.

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during booking. This email will include your booking reference, hotel details, dates, and a summary of your payment. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.
